Chocolate mug cake
4Tablespoonscake flourcan substitute all-purpose, but it won't be as fluffy
2Tablespoonsunsweetened cocoa powderI used Hershey's Dark
3Tablespoonsmilk of your choiceI used soy
Chocolate mayonnaise frosting
1teaspoonmilk of your choiceI used soy
Make the cake
Using a fork, thoroughly mix all ingredients in a large coffee mug. Microwave on high for 1 and 1/2 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center of the cake should come out clean. Allow the cake to cool for at least 5-10 minutes before frosting.
Make the frosting
In a small bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, mayonnaise and vanilla extract. Slowly whisk in the powdered sugar and milk. Add more powdered sugar or milk as needed to achieve your desired consistency. Frost on top of the mug cake and enjoy.
