This super easy recipe came from one of my daughter's library books. We baked this together!
cup (2 sticks)
graham cracker crumbs
ounces (2 cups)
semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Generously grease or line a standard 9"x13" baking pan and set aside.
In a medium sized bowl, mix together the butter and the graham cracker crumbs. Press half of it into the bottom of your prepared pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and then the marshmallows. Top with the remaining graham cracker crumb mixture and bake in your preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving.
These bars are best kept in the refrigerator and will last for several days.
