It’s that time of year for the annual recap of the Top 10 posts on Eva Bakes! These are the recipes that you all read the most. Ready?

10. Icelandic cinnamon rolls (Snúður) from Brauð & Co – My family and I still talk about how wonderful these cinnamon rolls were. I can’t wait to go back one day!

8. Italian ricotta cheesecake – My sister in law would be so happy, since this came from her grandma (who sadly passed away shortly before Thanksgiving this year. She was 102!)

And finally, the #1 recipe on Eva Bakes this year:  Sourdough discard focaccia – What’s not to love? It uses up sourdough starter and can be used in so many ways – eaten on its own, as a pizza, as a vessel for sandwiches, etc.

Thank you all so much for reading my little blog and for supporting me throughout the years. I couldn’t imagine doing this without all of you!
