Fully Extended Loop Lift
My partner and I have been working on getting our lifts fully extended. What that means is that he needs to straighten his arms while lifting me in the air. This would be an easier exercise if I weighed less than 100 pounds, which I don’t.
I also need to help by jumping as high into the air as I can so that he’s not doing a deadweight lift. We tried a loop lift off ice last week and were able to get this fully extended for the first time! It is a milestone to celebrate!
