Level 3 Change Foot Sit Spin (maybe)

The new adult calling specifications were published earlier this summer, and one change that they made from previous seasons is that a plain sit spin that is held for 8 continuous revolutions will now earn a level.

Last season, I was attempting to hold the sit behind (back tuck) position for 8 revolutions, and I wasn’t able to execute it properly in competition. With this new rule change, I think it will make it easier for me to gain the additional level since the sit spin is my strongest element.

In this video, I am attempting a level 3 change foot sit spin. In adult calling specifications, a change foot sit spin also earns a level. I am also attempting an illusion entry, which should also count this season – as long as my free leg is high enough.
