It’s been a while since I last videoed myself doing a spiral. I’ve been stretching almost daily (I often give my body a break on weekends to recover) and have been aiming to get my free leg higher. I am pleased that my spiral has improved immensely since the first time I filmed it in 2014.
While my speed is at a snail’s pace, I am hoping that will come as I get more comfortable. For some reason, I always feel like I’m going to trip and land on my face. Ha ha.
My coach added a change edge spiral to my new program (which still is unfinished) so we’ll see how that goes!
